Let's take a peak into this bedroom / bathroom suite. This bedroom is roughly 11 and a half feet by 10 feet, not including the nook.
If you step further in, you can see the third window. These windows overlook the courtyard.
The windows surround an irregularly-shaped nook that's about 3 feet 6 inches by 4 feet. It's just big enough for a small desk or a chest of drawers.
I wonder why they put packing tape around the window sill. Sita pulls it away to discover a small draft. She tells me the owners should have just sealed the window. Oh well. We can do that.
Dust yourself off and turn around. Now you're facing the bathroom and the closet is to the right.
Let's check out the closet. What's that in the corner on the floor?
Ruh roh. There appears to have been a leak. The storage closet is on the other side of the wall. We'll investigate that later.
Here's the bathroom.
Yup. It's a tub alright.
