The Storage Room

There is a door to this storage room off what we would consider the master bedroom. There are two other doors inside the storage room-- one on either end. This door leads to our balcony, and this is how we would access it. The other door leads to the courtyard in front of the lobby. We could use that door to come and go if we wanted.


This is the door to the courtyard near the lobby. Notice the working spigot at the bottom left, which we tested out -- hence the drops of water on the floor.

To the right of that door, we see some water damage. It's all dry now, but we would need confirmation from the condo association that this has been fixed. And they should probably turn off the water to that spigot while they're at it.
